  • Notarise and seal a copy of your educational document or degree with an official Notarial Certificate.

  • Process your notarised and sealed education document or degree for DFAT Document Legislation (Apostille & Authentication) and Embassy or Consulate Attestation.

  • Return the completed document or degree to you by Express Post (Australia) or courier (overseas).



How does it work? 5 Simple Steps:

Step 1:

Sign up with Authentifier on https://authentifier.com.au/get-started/

Step 2:

Log on to your My eQuals Account.

Step 3:

Select the "Organisation" option to share your documents.

Step 4:

Select Authentifier from the drop-down menu, complete details requested and "share".

Step 5:

Sit back and let Authentifier do the rest.

Authentifier will provide you with regular progress updates:

  • They will verify, notarise and seal your document with an official Notarial Certificate.

  • Submit your sealed document for DFAT Document Legalisation (Apostille & Authentication) and Embassy or Consulate Attestation.

  • Have your notarised, DFAT legalised and Embassy/Consulate attested documents forwarded to your nominated address via Express Post (no charge within Australia) or DHL (additional charges apply).
